Refund policy

We have a NO refund, NO return policy. Exceptions ONLY apply to damaged and/or broken items. 

To be eligible for a return, you must email a photo to sxntopiacustserv@gmail.com of damaged goods. Unused, and in its original packaging. Please include order number to expedite response. 

Please note: When shipping during warmer temperatures, wax may soften or melt slightly. This will not affect the candle quality and is NOT eligible for refund or return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, returned or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
